Abstract
Kamba, a company focused on low-impact ecotourism adventures, is working to improve the tourism experience in the Odzala-Kokoua National Park in the Republic of the Congo. The park is home to over 10,000 species, including the endangered western lowland gorilla, and is considered the largest carbon sink in the world. Kamba sponsors the work of primatologist Magdalena Bermejo, who uses AI and cameras to study the gorillas and their behavior. This research not only helps conserve the gorillas and their habitat but also enhances the gorilla-trekking experience for tourists. [Extracted from the article]
