Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted in Copenhagen, Denmark, which investigates ethnic differences in the burden of long COVID symptoms among patients. The research found that ethnic minorities experienced a higher mean burden of long COVID symptoms and a greater number of symptoms compared to patients of Danish origin, particularly in psychological, cardio-pulmonary, and gastrointestinal categories. Despite this increased burden, ethnic minorities had lower odds of being on sick leave and returning to usual leisure activities. The study highlights the need for further research to understand the disparities identified. [Extracted from the article]
