Abstract
This article presents the findings of a 2024 national survey conducted by CCA Switzerland, the Swiss chapter of the Climate Coaching Alliance, examining climate-related attitudes among coaches, sustainability professionals, and employees. The survey of 75 participants revealed widespread concern for sustainability but a significant misalignment between personal values and organizational priorities, with many sustainability-minded employees working in companies that prioritize profit over environmental goals. It highlights the potential of coaching to facilitate mindset and cultural transformation by empowering individuals and organizations to align purpose, action, and impact, while emphasizing the need for more tools, training, and reflective practice to support coaches in addressing sustainability confidently and ethically. The article underscores coaching's systemic role in fostering inner transformation and enabling broader societal change toward a regenerative future.
