B The worst fears of meteorologists and aid agencies are confirmed. b The World Health Organisation ( B WHO b ) said on March 10th that 129,000 people are facing death due to food insecurity which is at a crisis level in the Horn of Africa, Kenya's state-owned I KBC i website reported. ICPAC said the looming conditions are worse than during the 2011 drought, with 23m people in Kenya, Ethiopia and Somalia already "highly food insecure", according to the East African bloc B IGAD b and UN's Food and Agriculture Organisation ( B FAO b ). Countries affected by the crisis, which has been worsened by prolonged drought, are B Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, Sudan, South Sudan b and B Uganda b . [Extracted from the article]
