Abstract
A recent study conducted in Latvia by Riga Stradins University examined the impact of workplace conflicts, rivalry, and harassment on work-life balance (WLB). The study found that a significant number of Latvian employees reported experiencing work-life imbalance, with factors such as age, education level, income, and exposure to workplace psychosocial hazards influencing WLB. The research suggests that addressing leadership quality and conflict resolution in organizations may help improve employee WLB.
