Abstract
The article published in Clinical & Experimental Dermatology discusses the humoral immunity response to COVID-19 vaccines in patients with psoriasis receiving immunomodulatory therapy. The study found that patients on immunomodulatory therapy had similar immune responses to healthy controls after the initial vaccine program. However, at 12 months and after a booster dose, patients showed lower IgG levels and neutralizing capacity compared to control participants. The study highlights the importance of monitoring vaccine responses in patients with psoriasis on immunomodulatory therapy. [Extracted from the article]
