Abstract
The article discusses various aspects of workplace bullying, and it provides advice on how to intervene to stop the bullying and provide a safer work environment. Various types of bullying behavior are assessed, including yelling in anger, spreading rumors, and openly blaming and shaming others. According to the article, organizational interventions into workplace bullying incidents are usually ineffective. Hostility is examined, along with different types of bullying such as downward, upward, horizontal, and mixed-direction bullying.
