Abstract

Research by Urabe et al. shows that ADT with ARSIs leads to better outcomes compared to other treatment options, but financial concerns and adverse events may impact their use. Japanese urologists have varying preferences for managing mHSPC, with some opting for ADT alone due to cost considerations.
