Abstract

A study conducted at Khatam University in Tehran, Iran, explored the impact of the Benson relaxation response on reducing anxiety in mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The research involved 100 mothers who participated in relaxation sessions over 30 days, showing a significant decrease in anxiety levels post-intervention.
