Abstract
The article focuses on evaluating anesthetic and analgesic strategies to improve outcomes in various surgical procedures. It reports that combining crystalloid coloading with ephedrine infusion effectively reduces spinal anesthesia-induced hypotension during cesarean delivery. In laparoscopic bariatric surgery, the combination of intraoperative lung recruitment maneuvers and Transversus Abdominis Plane (TAP) block improves postoperative pulmonary function and reduces opioid consumption. Additionally, ultrasound-guided subscapularis and subomohyoid plane blocks provide effective shoulder analgesia with fewer complications compared to interscalene brachial plexus block. These findings highlight advances in anesthesia techniques aimed at enhancing patient safety and postoperative recovery.
