Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted in Hangzhou, People's Republic of China, which investigates the effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based poetry therapy on promoting positive psychology among adolescents. The research, supported by the Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project of Zhejiang Province, involved a randomized controlled trial with 70 vocational high school students. Results indicated that this therapy significantly improved adolescents' positive psychology, with effects lasting up to three months post-treatment.
