Abstract
The article discusses how fundraisers do not need to fit a specific extroverted stereotype to be successful, as both introverts and extroverts can raise money effectively by understanding their strengths and weaknesses. Brian Saber, President of Asking Matters, developed a concept of asking styles to help fundraisers identify their personality type and improve their fundraising skills. By knowing their asking style, fundraisers can better connect with donors and tailor their approach to be more effective, ultimately making the challenging task of fundraising more manageable and potentially enjoyable.
