Abstract
The article focuses on Ibrahima Ndiaye's experience raising his 6-year-old conjoined twin daughters, Marieme and Ndeye, who were born in Senegal with shared vital organs and initially given little chance of survival. Despite medical challenges and the complexity of their condition, Ndiaye relocated to the U.K. to access specialized care and has dedicated himself to providing them with a supportive and hopeful life. The twins attend public school in Cardiff, where they are accepted and thriving socially and academically, though they require constant care and face physical limitations. Ndiaye emphasizes patience and love in managing their unique needs, viewing his role as a profound and extraordinary responsibility.
