Abstract

The article provides information on imetelstat sodium, an oligonucleotide telomerase inhibitor. Imetelstat sodium is used for the treatment of adult patients with low- to intermediate-1 risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) with transfusion-dependent anemia.
