Abstract
The article responds to two letters regarding the recovery of spontaneous erectile function in young men with erectile dysfunction treated with daily tadalafil. It addresses concerns about hypogonadism, antipsychotic medications, and erectile dysfunction duration in the study cohort. The study methodology included comprehensive evaluations and excluded patients with vasculogenic factors to assess the response to tadalafil. The authors appreciated the feedback and emphasized the importance of effective treatments for erectile dysfunction. [Extracted from the article]
