Abstract
This article is a case report on a canine renal nephroblastoma with multiple organ metastasis. The report describes the post-mortem examination of a 2-year-old German Shepherd dog that exhibited symptoms such as anorexia, weight loss, and pelvic limb paresis. The examination revealed an enlarged kidney with solid tumorous growth, as well as metastasis in the lungs, liver, and spleen. The case was diagnosed as blastema-dominant canine renal nephroblastoma with Stage V metastasis, indicating an unfavorable prognosis. Nephroblastoma is a rare neoplasm in dogs, primarily affecting large breed dogs such as German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers. [Extracted from the article]
