Abstract
This article focuses on protecting private information in the medical Internet using a double chaotic encryption algorithm, which leverages the unpredictability of chaotic systems to enhance data security. It establishes a risk quantification framework for healthcare big data access, incorporating user behavior entropy to control access rights dynamically based on assessed risk levels. The proposed method includes identity authentication and hierarchical database protection, applying double chaotic encryption to anonymize and secure sensitive patient data. Experimental results demonstrate that this approach effectively protects patient identities, maintains data integrity with low storage deviation, and achieves higher attack defense success rates compared to referenced methods. The study concludes that while promising, further research integrating additional encryption techniques is needed to improve privacy protection in medical Internet applications.
