Abstract

This study set out to find out more about the effect of using both PPIs and BRAF/MEK inhibitors in patients with advanced (metastatic) melanoma. To do this, we used the French Health administrative database to include all patients with advanced melanoma receiving BRAF/MEK inhibitors as a first-line treatment in France between 2015 and 2017.
