Abstract
A 68-year-old man with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) presented with an irregular plaque affecting the penile base and scrotum. The skin biopsy confirmed CLL causing leukaemia cutis (LC) of the external genitalia. Treatment with ibrutinib and venetoclax led to complete resolution of the plaque within 3 months. LC is a rare manifestation of CLL that requires systemic treatment in most cases. [Extracted from the article]
