Abstract

In a "Dear Colleague" letter that went out on Friday, January 17, 2025, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) called for using a federal block grant focused on substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and prevention to be used for HIV services in the Ryan White grant program.
