Abstract

The article explores the immunogenicity of the hepatitis B vaccine in psoriasis patients based on their treatment type. The study found that psoriasis patients on immunosuppressive therapies had lower seroprotection rates following vaccination, with combination therapy potentially reducing antibody levels. Completing the full vaccination series did not significantly increase seroprotection likelihood but resulted in higher antibody levels. The study suggests that psoriasis patients should complete the full vaccine regimen and undergo serial monitoring for sustained immunity. [Extracted from the article]
