Abstract
The article focuses on a pilot study conducted in Mysuru, India, exploring the relationship between Pranic Energy Sensations (PES) and various physiological and psychological parameters among Ayurveda students. The study involved 91 participants and utilized tools such as the Dosha self-assessment questionnaire and the Positive State of Mind Scale (PSOMS) to gather data. Findings indicated a positive correlation between PES intensity and Body Vata and Pitta, as well as a negative correlation between Mind Vata and Positive State of Mind. The research suggests a potential link between PES, Ayurvedic concepts of Prakriti, and well-being, while recommending further studies with control groups for validation. [Extracted from the article]
