Abstract
The article presents a case study of a Menkes disease (MD) patient with internal jugular phlebectasia (IJP) who developed massive thrombosis, resulting in a rapid and fatal outcome. Topics discussed include the association of IJP with MD, the conservative approach for benign cases, and the multifactorial risk factors contributing to thrombosis in seriously ill MD patients with phlebectasia.
