Abstract

Although people of all ages can fall, it is more common in older people, with 30% of adults aged over 65 affected every year. For older people falls can cause serious injury, distress and lead to a loss of independence. Nurses can help reduce the risk of falls by promoting exercise, using AI solutions and even serving caffeine-free drinks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
