Abstract

Birth weight was 3480 g and Apgar scores at 1, 5 and 10 min were 3, 5 and 8, respectively, in Twin A and 1, 2 and 6, respectively, in Twin B. Neonates from Case 2 were intubated in the delivery room. Case 1 was a multiparous patient with a pair of ischiopagus twins conjoined caudal to the umbilical cord insertion. Birth weight was 2010 g and Apgar scores were 8 at 1 min and 9 at 5 min for both neonates. [Extracted from the article]
