Abstract

The article focuses on the use of music and film therapy as innovative approaches to reduce anxiety, stress, and fatigue among adolescent workers, particularly in the context of pandemic-related challenges. Music therapy utilizes sound and rhythm to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and lowering physiological stress markers, while film therapy employs selected movies to evoke emotions and encourage reflection, aiding emotional release and mental rejuvenation. Incorporating these therapies into the workplace through designated relaxation spaces and group activities can foster emotional balance, enhance concentration, creativity, and problem-solving, ultimately improving productivity. The article suggests that audiovisual wellness strategies offer a supportive environment for adolescent employees to manage stress and reach their potential.
