Abstract
The article is a book review of "Into the Sunset: Emmett Dalton and the End of the Dalton Gang" by Ian W. Shaw. The book provides a thorough account of the Dalton Gang's history and their infamous robbery in Cofeyville, Kansas in 1892. It follows the life of Emmett Dalton, who was severely injured during the robbery and later sentenced to life in prison. After seeking a pardon, he was released and went on to have a career in Hollywood.
