Abstract

The article discusses the highlights of the 10th in a series of "Conversations on Migration in the Caribbean," held by the International Organization for Migration and the Caribbean Community in March 2026, with the focus on "Migration and the Caribbean Workforce." Topics discussed include description of the demographic changes in the Caribbean, implication of a well-governed labour migration and factors that impact upon the free movement debate within the Caribbean.
