Abstract
REGULARS22 January 1901At 6:30pm on 22 January 1901, Queen Victoria died at the age of 81. At the time of her death, she had been on the throne for 63 years and seven months and was the longest reigning British monarch in history. According to her wishes, Victoria was dressed in a white dress and her wedding veil and, following her funeral, was buried alongside her husband Albert in the Royal Mausoleum at Frogmore, Windsor.
