Abstract

(Peacock) Queen Charlotte Shonda Rhimes personally created this spin-off of her wildly popular show Bridgerton, and it shows in an addictive season that balances Regency romance with palace intrigue a la Scandal. (Disney+) Bupkis Messy and erratic but also insightful and often funny, this dramedy lightly fictionalizes the tabloid-magnet life of its co-creator and star, SNL alum Pete Davidson (below left).
