Abstract
"A Pictorial History of Black Rock, Buffalo, New York" is a coffee table book that documents the history of the Black Rock neighborhood in Buffalo, New York. The book is a result of the Black Rock Historic Photo Project, which aimed to collect and preserve photographs and memorabilia from the largely Polish community. The book includes over 150 photos, spanning approximately 100 years, and covers various aspects of the community's history, including public service, business, transportation, churches, schools, industry, sports, recreation, family, and community.
