Abstract
A bronze figurine found in an explicitly Christian context in Paphos can be shown to have originated outside Cyprus at a much earlier date. This article aims to explore the issues it raises, both in its 'pagan' world and what it may have meant in its later life. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
