Abstract

The article focuses on recent advancements and developments in aerospace and satellite technology. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is preparing the third launch of its Spaceborne Computer with enhanced flash memory for long-term space missions aboard the International Space Station. General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) completed the first flight of its Gray Eagle 25M unmanned aircraft system, featuring upgraded computing power, avionics, and a new engine designed to support U.S. Army Multi-Domain Operations into the 2050s. The European Space Agency (ESA) and European Commission selected Spanish company PLD Space for the Flight Ticket Initiative, enabling access to institutional launch contracts with its MIURA 5 vehicle. Additionally, Lockheed Martin delivered NOAA's next-generation GOES-U weather satellite to Florida for launch preparations, continuing the GOES-R series that provides critical weather data, with future plans for the Geostationary Extended Observations (GeoXO) satellite system to address evolving environmental challenges.
