Abstract

The article focuses on the impact of Super Typhoon Ragasa as it moves away from Hong Kong and heads toward China's southern coast. With sustained winds of 175 kilometers per hour, Ragasa has caused significant disruption, including the cancellation of over 5,000 flights and the suspension of school classes and train services in southern Chinese cities.
