Abstract

The article analyzes the relation between Peronism and the rise and persistence of fascism in Argentina that created the conditions which caused the country's economic decline. Topics discussed include political environment in Argentina before the 1940s, fascism in Juan Perón's Partido Peronista and administration, Peronist ideology and the party's quest for nationalist authoritarian state, Peronist fascist negations and style, the fall of Perón and influence of Peronism in Argentina.
