Abstract

The Russian-Ukrainian war opened a new chapter in the history of the Olympics. The exclusion of Russia and Belarus had a major impact on the medal table and raised the question of the relationship between sport and politics. In the future, the IOC will have to make difficult choices to ensure that the Olympics remain a celebration of peace and unity. ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR
