Abstract
Louise Bellisimo purchased Arnold Palmer's former home at the Tradition Golf Club in La Quinta, California, and renovated it before deciding to sell it for $5 million. The 2,617-square-foot house has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and is located steps away from the clubhouse on the second fairway of the short course Palmer designed. Bellisimo kept some of Palmer's furniture and photos in the house, which are included in the sale, along with his personal golf cart. The renovations included replacing wood floors with Saltillo tile, widening rear doors for mountain views, and updating bathrooms and cabinetry while maintaining the home's original style.
