New Psycholinguistics Study Findings Have Been Reported by Researchers at Institute of Social (Translation, cultural adaptation and psychometric validation of The Employee Intrapreneurship Scale in Ukraine).

This article focuses on the adaptation and validation of The Employee Intrapreneurship Scale (EIS) for the Ukrainian context amid the social and economic challenges caused by the war in Ukraine. The study involved 324 participants from various organizational sectors and confirmed the reliability and validity of the Ukrainian version (EIS-UA), identifying two core factors: strategic renewal behaviour and venture behaviour. The scale demonstrated strong internal consistency and significant correlations with entrepreneurial self-efficacy, creativity, need for achievement, and risk-taking. The research suggests that EIS-UA can be effectively used in organizational psychology, human resources, and leadership development, especially in crisis and post-war recovery settings.
