Introduction: Political constitutions in transnational society: introducing socio‐legal and interdisciplinary perspectives.

An introduction is presented in which the editor discusses articles in the issue on topics including methodological changes in constitutional theory, relations between transnational polities and legal networks, and analysis of classic notions (e.g., republicanism, democracy and many others).
