Augusta National Worker Admits Theft of Masters Memorabilia.

Abstract

A former employee of the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, has pleaded guilty to stealing millions of dollars worth of Masters golf tournament merchandise over a period of 13 years. Richard Brendan Globensky, a warehouse assistant at the club, admitted to stealing items such as Green Jackets won by Masters champions, documents and letters signed by Bobby Jones, Masters programs, tickets, and unissued Augusta National stock.
