Abstract

The article analyzes the public health bills and resolutions that were voted upon in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2023 and the position by the American Public Health Association (APHA) on the proposed laws. Topics include the criminalization of abortion care, the protection of health care workers from Covid-19 exposure and truck air pollution reduction.
