Abstract

The Delhi Congress President, Devender Yadav, has praised the High Court's decision to dismiss Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest in the alleged liquor policy scam. Yadav stated that the court's ruling was based on merit and that the guilty should be in jail if found guilty. The High Court asked Kejriwal to approach the trial court with his plea for release on interim bail. Yadav also justified the Supreme Court's decision regarding the appointment of aldermen to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. [Extracted from the article]
