Abstract

The article focuses on research conducted at the University of Trento in Italy, which investigates the concept of intrapreneurship through the lens of positive organizational behavior. The study examines the relationship between psychological capital (PsyCap) and managers' intrapreneurial intention (INI), highlighting how well-being (WB) and work-life balance mediate this relationship. Findings indicate that PsyCap significantly influences both WB and INI, marking this research as a pioneering effort in a non-Western, post-socialist context. The study contributes valuable insights into the role of psychological factors in enhancing managerial intrapreneurship. [Extracted from the article]
