Abstract

The article discusses the life, career, and accomplishments of Marie-Laure Buku Pongo, associate curator of decorative arts at the Frick Collection art museum in New York City. Topics explored include her significant role in the Renovation and Enhancement Project of the museum, her childhood interest and academic career in art history, and her involvement in several art exhibitions at the Palace of Versailles museum in France.
