Abstract

The article discusses complicated relationship between Armenia and Turkey since the arrival of the Seljuk Turks in the 11th century in Armenia and how the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire continues to define the relations. Topics include policy of genocide denial and Turkish nationalist's support to the conquest by the Seljuk; Turkey's support to invasion of Armenia by the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022; and the view from Armenia on the relationship and the need to seek a way forward.
