Abstract
Elisha Wiesel, the son of Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel, is using his voice to speak out against suffering and hatred, following in his father's footsteps. He has been actively involved in public appearances and private meetings since the recent conflict between Israel and Hamas, pushing back against calls for Israel to stand down. Wiesel is exhausted from constantly defending himself and the Jewish community against ignorance and hatred. He urges those in corporate America and on Wall Street to speak up and reevaluate their financial dealings with countries like Qatar, which supports Hamas. He also encourages Ivy League students to educate themselves and ask questions rather than assuming they have all the answers. [Extracted from the article]
