Abstract
A recent report published by researchers at the University of Guadalajara explores the psychological implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study suggests that the lockdown measures implemented during the pandemic provided a unique opportunity to study human behavior on a global scale. The research highlights the importance of considering the socio-emotional and political context in which psychological symptoms appear, and emphasizes the need for a systemic approach to understanding individual psychology. The study also notes that gender inequality remains a structural issue, as women reported greater discomfort during the pandemic than men. [Extracted from the article]
