Abstract

The article discusses an unpublished research by professor Gabriel Egan about the co-authorship of the play "King John" by William Shakespeare. Topics include Egan's division of the play into 40 equal sized blocks and each consisting of 2,000-word rolling windows, his use of the word adjacency networks (WAN) method of authorship discrimination in the research, and his findings that Block 16 of the play resembled the dramatic writing of George Peele.
