Abstract
In Washington State, where I teach acting at the community college level, high school juniors and seniors can take community college classes for credit (a program called Running Start). But I want to see if Laban can help student-actors perform a more "authentic" expression of the experience. Then we dive deep into Sorge's play I The Beggar i (which students have previously read).[1] Textual analysis is completed by students divided into small groups. [Extracted from the article]
