Abstract

A jól ismert Pécs-Jakab-hegyi lelőhelytől mindössze 30 km-re, Dencsháza határában került elő egy újabb, Kabardino–Pjatigorszk-típusú, bimetál tőr. A sztyeppei kapcsolatokat mutató tőr a kaukázusi konfliktusövezetből, a Kr. e. 8. század végén menekülni kényszerülő lakossággal kerülhetett a Kárpát-medencébe. A new Kabardino–Pjatigorsk type bimetallic dagger was found only 30 km from the well-known Pécs-Jakab Hill site, near Dencsháza. The dagger, which shows Steppean connections, may have been brought to the Carpathian Basin by the population fleeing the Caucasian conflict zone at the end of the 8th century BC.
